Lori Elo was born and raised in the Chicago area. A graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Communications majoring in advertising and business administration. Upon graduation she established herself in the printing industry in production, sales support, and direct marketing. She distinguished herself at WS Packaging in her first year as sales representative of the year. During her twenty-five years with the company, she was recognized as the representative with highest percentage of sales growth in a single year and selling the most diversified product lines across six divisions.

Having founded Print By Numbers in 2011, within two years Lori earned the recognition of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as a woman-owned, independent printing and packaging resource business. With over thirty years in the industry, Lori has the connections to get even the largest printing and packaging jobs done quickly and right.
